1) The Contractor shall perform inspection, maintenance, and repair services on various electrical equipment for the following City of Omaha installations: • Papillion Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility • Missouri River Water Resource Recovery Facility • Saddle Creek RTB • Approximately Seventy (70) Levee Pump Stations, Diversion Structures and Grit Removal Facilities. 2) Predictive maintenance services will consist of semi-annual vibration analysis and annual balancing of various ventilation fans. 3) It shall be the responsibility of the Contractors to familiarize themselves with the equipment, services to be performed, and the environment prior to submitting a bid. Lack of knowledge Page 2 of 10 concerning any or all parts of the work shall not be accepted after the bid opening as a reason for withdrawing the bid or failing to perform the work.
