The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 23), St. Paul, Minnesota is soliciting proposals for emergency shelter and related services in the Lincoln, Nebraska area for eligible Veteran beneficiaries in support of the VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System’s Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program.
