The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 10,650 square feet of warehouse and office space suitable for administrative and training activities and 16,500 square feet of parking area with the ability to fence in portions for secure parking on one parcel of land located within a 50 miles radius of Norfolk, Lincoln County, Nebraska. The leased space will be utilized by the U.S. Army Reserve for the general activities associated with their personnel, vehicles, and equipment and shall be the sole occupant of the leased area.
All utilities, real estate taxes, insurance, trash removal, cleaning services, snow removal, and ground maintenance must be included in the rent costs. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Lease terms will be one year with an option to extend for up to 4 additional 1 year terms.
Expressions of interest should include building name and address, location of space within the building, rentable square feet offered, a site plan and a floor plan for the offered building should be submitted to the primary contact included on this soliciation.
