Specifications include, but are not limited to: 700651 – Belmont Area Residential Pavement Rehab (TBD) Portions of the work on this project will overlap with watermain work near 14th St. & Nelson St., Judson St. and Manatt St. Based on the current scope of work for both projects it does not appear there will be any overlap of efforts, however. The pavement rehab project is scheduled to start sometime in 2022. A Contractor for the pavement rehab project has not been selected at this point. ; CONSTRUCTION PHASING AND ACCESS After milling operations are complete, the Contractor will assume all costs associated with maintaining the milled surface and assumes responsibility for any damages to the driving surface.
