Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this bid is to select a supplier to provide Epson LCD projectors for the Omaha Public School District. The winning vendor will provide the Epson LCD projectors over a one year period delivered to District locations from time to time. These orders will be placed via an official Omaha Public Schools purchase order. The District may assign the winning vendor s bid, in part or in its entirety, to the Omaha Education Services Agency, a joint interlocal entity formed by the District and by Educational Service Unit No. 19 to finance the acquisition of equipment, software and services. All prices shall be firm,not subject to change or revocation for 365 days after execution of contract, and shall include purchases of Epson LCD projectors in quantities of one or more per purchase order.
