Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. DAILY SERVICES (except where otherwise noted) a. All wastebaskets and trash receptacles shall be emptied. Refuse shall be bagged and removed to a designated area on the premises. Bags shall be heavy-duty minimum of 1.5 mil. thick and 2-ply strong plastic bags. Bags are to be securely tied at the top to prevent spillage. Trashcan liners are to be replaced when soiled. - 10 - b. Tabletops in the lunchroom shall be washed, using a disinfectant soap and rinsed. The exterior of the microwave oven, located in the lunchroom, shall be cleaned. Trash in the lunchroom shall be bagged and removed to a designated area on the premises. All chairs are to be washed daily. c. Clean all restrooms, locker rooms, and workout rooms thoroughly, to include: (1) Wet mop all floors with disinfectant. (2) Clean all mirrors and bright metal. (3) Wash basins and faucets shall be thoroughly cleansed and polished. Toilet bowls and urinals shall be cleaned and disinfected with a commercial bowl-cleaning agent. Mirrors and other restroom furnishings shall be cleaned.
