Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project encompasses the following elements: • Demolition of the current IT Conference Room including removing portions of the raised floor and salvaging the current carpet panels, floor panels and supports and demolition of the ceiling panels and light fixtures from the portion of the room indicated. • Removal and replacement of the current ramp. • Reconstruction of the current IT Conference Room space to include walls, mechanical and electrical/data for three offices with partition walls to the base of the retained portions of the raised floor, an executive conference room with partition walls to the slab. • Replacement of the stairs in the Server Room (adjacent to the IT Conference Room) with salvaged floor system panels and replacement of the server room door to CEO Office with infill wall. • Procure and install an additional computer room air conditioning (CRAC) unit in the server room. • Replace two electrical subpanels. • Procure and install audiovisual equipment intended to expand remote meeting capabilities in new Executive Conference Room, existing Boardroom and existing Training Room (lower level).
