Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Vendor shall provide installation Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM excluding holidays recognized by Lancaster County.; 2.1.1 Vendor shall take into consideration existing units that will be working alongside the new units at each location in order to function properly together.; 2.1.2 Work to include all roof curbs, patching, duct modifications, gas piping and electrical work to install a complete and functional system that will work alongside with existing units at each location.; 2.1.2.1 Vendor may need to modify ductwork to improve air distribution; 2.1.2.2 Integrate controls for these units into existing control system.; HVAC UNIT FOR DRIVER’S TESTING LOCATION: 5.1 Unit price shall include the removal of the existing unit off the NE corner of the building.; 5.2 Unit shall be delivered and installed at 500 West “O” Street, NE; 5.3 Unit preferred is a Carrier or equivalent brand, 7.5 ton condensing unit and furnace “A” coil and air handler.; 5.4 The new unit will be one of three supplying a 5,275 sq ft building.; HVAC ROOFTOP UNIT FOR DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES: 6.1 Unit price shall include the removal of the existing unit off the roof and property.; 6.2 Unit shall be delivered and installed at 625 N. 46th Street, Lincoln, NE; 6.3 Unit preferred is Carrier or equivalent brand, 7.5 ton rooftop heating and cooling unit.; 6.4 Rooftop unit shall be set on custom manufactured curb adapters to fit on the existing equipment curbs; 6.5 Unit shall match existing units.; 6.6 The new unit will be one of three supplying a 12,240 sq ft building
