Extent of Removal: All buildings, driveways, and appurtenances shall be removed to the existing grade level of the lot, and shall include: (A) Existing basement shall be removed to an elevation of 6 inches below the existing basement grade and all material remaining shall be removed to present a neat appearance for inspection, prior to backfilling. (B) Concrete slabs and walls, including basement flooring shall be broken and removed. Driveways shall be removed to edge of existing returns. Sawcutting at street will not be required. (C) Existing Utilities have been (or will be) shut off by the Department of Utilities. All above basement grade utilities, wiring, piping, etc. shall be removed from the site and disposed of properly. All below basement grade utilities may remain in place.
