55th Strategic Communications Squadron
1. This requirement is for a portable HEMP hardened 10kW, 50/60 Hz, 208V, 30A, 3 Phase Generator or similar for the Strategic Communications Squadron, Offutt AFB. Contractor shall provide one HEMP Generator to meet required specifications below.
2. The provided items shall meet or exceed the following requirements:
- Compatible with a facility that has a 30A breaker, 3-phase, 208V circuit feeding 3 – 20A L5-20-R outlets spread across the three phases.
- Must have three minimum 20A outlets across the phases with the L5-20-R connectors
- Mounted on a trailer or wheels that can be towed
- Designed to MIL DTL 32496
- Multi-fuel (JP-8, JP-4, DF-1, DF-2, DF-A)
- Ability to withstand high-altitude electromagnetic pulse (MIL-STD-188-125)
- Electromagnetic compatibility to U.S. MIL-STD 461F
- Low noise signature
- 24 volt starting with NATO slave connection
