Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of these specifications that the successful bidder will provide all labor, materials, equipment and other items as may be necessary to grind/chip the trees received for use as mulch, creating a material that may be marketed or distribute for beneficial use. 106.6 tons were collected in the 2016-2017, 100.22 tons in 2017-2018, 126.15 tons in 2018-2019, and 149.09 tons in 2019-2020, and 114.2 tons in 2021-2021. The City provides no guarantee of the quantity (maximum or minimum) that can or will be collected at any or all of the collection sites. The residents are under no obligation to deliver their trees to the established collection sites. The volumes actually received could increase or decrease due to many factors.
