Specifications include, but are not limited to: identify, pursue, and secure external public and private grant funding for a number of important projects. PSC seeks guidance and assistance from the consulting firm for every stage of the granting process, including: • help identify projects and initiatives that have the greatest chances of receiving funding; • refine concepts and ideas to improve chances of receiving grant support; • identify potential or likely funding sources for each project; • facilitate relationships between PSC and funding agencies, including arranging meetings with agency staff; • draft, revise, and edit the proposals; • prepare project budgets in formats appropriate for the relevant funding agencies; and, • assist revising proposals in response to agency feedback.
