Specifications include, but are not limited to: Substantial completion shall be on or before July 14, 2022. Substantial completion shall be defined as the following: • All grading complete • All removals complete • All roadway paving complete • All utility adjustments in paving complete • Roadway open to traffic • All signage and striping complete Final completion shall be on or before July 28, 2022. Final completion shall be defined as the following: • All sidewalk and trail construction complete (including associated backfilling) • All sidewalk and trail ramp construction complete (including associated backfilling) • All utility adjustments complete • All seeding complete • Site cleanup • All walk throughs complete • All punch list items complete and approved • All other incidental work not required to open the roadway to traffic
