Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a wet piped sprinkler system to be used in the following spaces: Front Lobby (Room 200), Reception (201), Copy (232), Corridors (202, 207, 214, 220 227, 231), Offices (203, 204, 205, 216, 230), Storage (208, 215, 229), Kitchen (206), Multi-Purpose Room (209), Closet (210), Control Room (213), Supervisor (211), Crew Office (224) Lunch Room (226), Restrooms (218, 219), File Room (217), Conference Room (228), and the Upper stairs (2S1, 2S2, 2S3). The following spaces are NOT to be sprinkled: I/O (Room 221), IT (222), Communications (223), Cable spreading (233). Wet system to be designed and installed in accordance with all applicable NFPA standards, and all State Fire Marshal Requirements. Additionally, the system must follow the FM Global Guidelines for Automatic Sprinklers (FMDS0200). Contractor to add to the existing system zone header. Contractor to provide updated hydraulic calculations with the updated sprinkler load. Refer to existing installation drawings for more information. Piping Material All materials selected must be FM Global Approved. Material above drop-in acoustic ceilings to be CPVC. Provide proper hanger spacing using the table below: Material located in exposed areas to be Stainless Steel. Submittals for all material must be approved prior to commencement of work. Route riser piping up the southwest corner of the High Bay (103) Keep rising piping close to wall to allow for full crane operation.
