Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Awarded vendor shall provide storage of the envelopes. 2.2. Lancaster Election commission will use roughly 70,000 of each envelope (total of 140,000) for the November 8, 2022, General Election. Any envelopes not used for the November 8th Election, will then be used for the Lincoln City Elections in April and May of 2023. 2.2.1 This is an estimate ONLY. 2.2.2 Lancaster Election Commission is able to store approximately 25,000 of each envelope (total of 50,000) in our office after the election is over. 2.2.2.1 Any remaining envelopes would need to be stored by the vendor until roughly January/February 2023. 2.3 Each delivery will be for 35,000 of each interior & 35,000 exterior envelopes with a total of 2 deliveries. 2.4 Unit price shall include set up fee, printing, storage, and delivery. 2.4.1 First delivery of 35,000 interior and exterior envelopes shall be September 1, 2022 to: Election Commission 601 North 46th Street Lincoln, NE 68504
