Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to add the answered technical questions document. This document will be added to the attachments. If you wish to see the additional attachments discussed in question two, a signed NDA will be required.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
FAB-T ESS Modification Repair Project.
APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS
This solicitation is not subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Offerors shall be required to return the attached solicitation, signed, and filled in
appropriately, along with any additional information required to be submitted by FAR
52.212-2 Evaluation— Commercial Items Addendum and any additional fill-in provisions.
Contractors are required to send over a signed NDA in order to receive the SON. Contractors must
also have a NIST rating registered in SPRS. Please see attached documents for assistance in
registering.
QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME
A site visit will be scheduled for 10th September 2025 at 02:00 PM CST. All prospective offerers
that do not have access to Offutt AFB shall submit an NCIC Screening and Pass request to A1C
Hunter Hendrix at hunter.hendrix.1@us.af.mil no later than 08th September 2025 at 10:00 AM
CST. Entry to the installation cannot be guaranteed.
