Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor is responsible for all videoconferencing platforms, and all planning related to outreach, research, and networking associated with involved stakeholders, families, school partners, medical partners, legal partners, and other community partners. a. The bidder shall provide how the requirement will be met with their submitted proposal response. 2. The Contractor will complete an environmental scan to identify existing resources, services, and systems that serve families of children with special health care needs at the community and state level. a. Will research other initiatives or collaborative focused on similar or related topics; b. Will engage in conversations with relevant community leaders; c. Based on the results of 1.a. and 1.b. will complete a visioning process to further define the core focus of the future collaborative. 3. By inviting and engaging stakeholders, the Contractor will develop and lead a collaborative that is committed to the overall intent to enhance the knowledge of families as well as identify and provide a continuum of supports. a. Will host collaborative meetings; i. The contractor will host a minimum of four (4) collaborative meetings, one (1) each 12 (twelve)-month period. b. Will develop the scope, charter, and collaborative goals for each 12 (twelve) month period; c. Will maintain detailed meeting notes, including but not limited to participation data; and d. Will track progress of the Collaborative’s goals and action steps. 4. The Contractor will identify and establish a website as the location of the repository and as a resource to enhance the knowledge of families and to provide information about community supports. a. Will utilize findings from the environmental scan; b. Will collect and review existing materials and resources for families; c. Will identify gaps in available information; and d. Will develop and collect resources, such as information on legal rights, medical home, and restorative discipline. 5. The Contractor, along with the Collaborative, must explore the training needs for families. a. Will utilize assessment tools or survey tools to identify the training needs; b. Will identify available training opportunities and resources; c. Will develop new training materials; and d. Will develop a statewide training plan for each one (1) year period.
