Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services for CITY OF OMAHA AND DOUGLAS COUNTY to include but not limited to the following: 1. Provide confidential counseling to full time City of Omaha employees and to all Douglas County employees and their immediate family members 2. EAP services should include comprehensive assessment, counseling and a referral to an appropriate community resource for continued care, counseling and follow up as needed. 3. Provide supervisory training sessions to management on the purpose and use of EAP. 4. Provide monthly and quarterly utilization statistics to be submitted separately to City and County. 5. Maintain complete and confidential EAP records. 6. Provide communication materials to promote the EAP program 7. Invoices must be separated by City and County 8. Utilization reports to be separated by City and County.
