2.1. The Owners maintain several standby power generators as listed in Attachment 1 2.2. The specified preventative maintenance services are intended to ensure the Equipment remains in good operating condition and is available for emergency power at all times. 2.2.1. Preventative maintenance shall include semi-annual and annual service intervals for the generator engine. 2.2.2. Preventative maintenance shall include annual inspection of the generator switchgear. 2.2.3. Specific preventative maintenance procedures are listed in Attachment 2- 2.2.4. Preventative maintenance shall be paid as a lump sum for each Generator serviced. 2.3. The specified repair services are intended to provide for timely repair of the Equipment. 2.3.1. Repair requests shall be made by the Owner or as recommended by the Vendor as part of preventative maintenance and inspections. 2.3.2. Repair shall be paid based on contract labor rates, parts, and discounts. 2.4. Load bank testing is intended to ensure Generators operate properly under full electrical load conditions. 2.4.1. Load bank testing shall be paid as a lump sum for each Generator tested. 2.4.2. Load bank testing shall be requested based on Owner preference and may not be performed on all Generator’s listed or on a frequency less than annual based on expense and criticality of the Generator. 2.5. The Vendor shall provide a standard check list and inspection report for all preventative maintenance procedures. 2.6. Invoices for work performed shall be separate for each Generator serviced and list specific maintenance and/or repairs performed. 2.6.1. Invoices shall be submitted to the individual Owner’s contact person. 2.7. Owners shall make every attempt to schedule Generator preventative maintenance to accommodate the Contractor’s availability and route; however, individual Owners may have specific schedules different than others.
