Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Follow-up on the West Cooling Tower Basin Demolition, Underground Utilities Relocation and Site Preparation Construction Contract Package work that is to be completed prior to start of work by this Contractor and whose latest revision of drawings are included in Appendix F. 2. Construct new building addition structure to house new Boilers 6 and 7 as well as new boiler feed pumps, new condensate forwarding pumps, new deaerators and new condensate polisher system all of which are being manufactured and separately procured complete f.o.b. ECUP with limited technical advisory (TA) services by the Owner, but to be received, unloaded, set in place, installed, started up and placed in successful operation by this Contractor with the assistance of limited Owner provided TA services. (Note: New boiler feed pumps and condensate forwarding pumps have been received by UNL and placed in storage at the nearby East Campus TES Support Building.) 3. Perform designated work during the currently scheduled June 5 – June 11, 2022 East Campus steam outage as further described herein and as shown on the drawings. 4. Provide and place in successful operation balance of plant equipment, piping, wiring, fire alarm system, instrumentation and controls either as herein specified and/or as shown on the drawings.
