Cost shall include all labor, overhead, taxes, insurance, and expenses (Response required) Quantity: 1800 UOM: Hours; 2.1 Drug Unit Intelligence Analyst experience preferred. 2.2 Performs collection, research and analysis of drug related information and intelligence. 2.3 Prepares reports and analytical products to assist in drug related investigations. 2.4 Supports and assists investigators directly in the compilation and analysis of case information. 2.5 Performs telephone records data entry, analysis and prepares phone records reports. 2.6 Prepares subpoenas and other legal documents for telephone and business records. 2.7 Creates organizational link charts on drug trafficking organizations. 2.8 Reviews investigative and intelligence reports from various agencies. 2.9 Maintains statistical data concerning drug enforcement activities as required. 2.10 Performs HIDTA deconfliction of targets and events. 2.11 Attends intelligence analyst and Midwest HIDTA related meetings as required. 2.12 Develops and maintains liaison with members of the law enforcement and intelligence communities. 2.13 Provides briefings, court testimony, training or other presentations on analytic products. 2.14 Works with computers and specialized software programs. 2.15 Performs other related duties as required. 2.16 The Analyst will not be considered an employee of the City of Lincoln.
