Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to seek and retain a qualified marketing agency and/or a media planning/buying firm or combination of the two to assist the NTC in promoting Nebraska as an outstanding vacation destination throughout the U.S. The selected contractor(s) will assist the NTC in, but not limited to the following: 1. Increasing the awareness and interest in Nebraska through creative messaging that is unique and clearly differentiates the State in the competitive domestic marketplace; 2. Creating and implementing innovative media and channel strategies and tactical plans that are effective, efficient and take full advantage of the ever-changing media landscape; and, 3. Collaborating with the NTC and other marketing partners to motivate and drive visitation, thus increasing the overall economic impact of the industry on the State
