Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 System 2.1.1 The system shall provide constant traffic data.; 2.1.2 The system shall provide a secure web based Graphical User Interface.; 2.1.3 The system shall support an unlimited number of concurrent logins by authenticated users.; 2.1.4 The system shall be fully accessible via desktop, tablet, and mobile products on Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.; 2.1.5 The data shall be securely hosted and maintained by the service and include the following elements: 2.1.5.1 Turning movement counts; 2.1.5.2 Automatic Traffic Recorder counts with classification; 2.1.5.3 Lane by lane volumes ; 2.2 Sensors 2.2.1 The system shall be able to detect vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists.; 2.2.2 The sensor shall be a single 4K resolution camera per intersection.; 2.2.3 The sensor shall be powered by a 48 VDC power over ethernet connection provided by the camera to cabinet interface unit. ; 2.3 Camera to Cabinet Interface Unit (CCIU) 2.3.1 The CCIU shall operate with standard 110 VAC power.; 2.3.2 The device shall connect to the existing cabinet with Port 1/SDLC bus.; 2.3.3 The CCIU shall have an operating temperature range of -29 degrees Fahrenheit to +165 degrees Fahrenheit.; 2.4 Network Interface Unit (NIU) 2.4.1 The device shall connect the field devices to the traffic management center as well as providing an application to remotely monitor and manage the system.; 2.4.2 The NIU shall operate with standard 110 VAC power. ; 2.4.3 The NIU shall provide 20 sec of backup power for power loss events.
