Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Owner will complete relay replacements and wiring. Contractor shall complete wiring checkouts. Some minor wiring or re-wiring work may be required upon commissioning. 2. Owner will provide project drawings for Contractor’s use. 3. Owner will provide relay setting databases and firmware upgrades for Contractor to install. 4. Project site will span across (3) three substations, and cover (3) three 69kV Transmission Line segments. All substation sites are located within the City of Fremont, NE. 5. Project will be completed in two phases, with an estimated 2 to 3 week delay between Phases I and II. Phase I will cover (1) one transmission segment, and Phase II will cover the remaining (2) two transmission segments. Line segments shall be de-energized while completing testing. Please refer to attached Exhibits outlining project phasing and locations. 6. Owner will provide access to substation sites. Qualified personnel only shall be allowed in substations. Substation gates shall be locked at all times. 7. Working days shall begin at 7:30am and end at 3:00pm M-F, or as coordinated with Owner. 8. Contractor will be required to make Power Plant Control Room aware of their activities. Contact information shall be provided. 9.
