A. The CMAR services required during the construction phase of the project shall include, but not be limited to, performing the following: 1. Coordinate with the Public Building Commission, public agencies, utility companies, Design Professional, etc. 2. Evaluate bids for award and provide award recommendations and manage all construction related contracts while meeting all Public Building Commission Purchasing Laws and Requirements in coordination with the Public Building Commission’s Purchasing Department. 3. Schedule and maintain site operations. 4. Provide quality controls. 5. Meet Bond and Insurance requirements. 6. Address all Federal, State, and Local permitting requirements. 7. Maintain a safe work site for all project participants. 8. Close out the project as scheduled in the contract documents.
