Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bidder to supply a list of machines (by type) proposed for installation at each location with bid. 2. Bidder is required to supply a list of items and proposed pricing for each item. 3. All items must be marked with an expiration date and no item will be sold after the expiration date marked on the product. Each bidder will supply a schedule for replenishing the machines. 4. Bidder shall provide credit/debit card readers and coin/bill changers on all vending machines. 5. Bidder shall replenish bill changers on machines on a weekly basis. 6. Bidder will supply the latest copy of the Omaha-Douglas County Health Department Food Service Establishment Inspection Report and current permit upon request. 7. Bidder shall be responsible for the payment of all state, federal, and local taxes, including without limitation, an occupation tax, if any, imposed under Section 19- 31 of the Omaha Municipal Code.
