Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide and pay for all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, gasoline, oil, utilities, and any other facilities and services necessary to execute and complete the work. The contract includes mowing grassy areas and trimming atop, on the side slopes, and toe of the Missouri River Flood Levee for a period of two (2) years, starting on April 1, 2022, and ending on April 1, 2024, with an option by the City of Omaha (City) to extend for two (2) one (1) year terms. The area to be mowed consists of grassy areas from the top of the levee to 15’ beyond the toe of the levee (where possible) on each side of the levee, except between gate structures M0.67 and M3.10 in Area “B”. This section of levee has a berm constructed on the riverward side over the existing levee toe. The side slope of the berm shall be mowed as close to the tree line as possible.
