This sources sought notice is for market research purposes only. No contract award will be made based off any response to this notice.
SCOPE OVERVIEW
The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, diagnostic equipment, and supplies and is responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems for the Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units located within Offutt Air Force Base (AFB). The Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and codes, including any supplements or revisions, manufacturer’s instructions, and industry standards. The Contractor shall obtain and maintain all applicable licenses training and permits.
Please review the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Equipment List for an estimated requirement scope. Actual scope of the requirement may increase or decrease prior to contract award.
SET-ASIDE
This requirement will be set-aside under the 8(a) Program.
CONTRACT TYPE
The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price, single award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will cover all CRAC Maintenance and Repair services at Offutt AFB, Nebraska, and will allow for additions and removals of CRAC equipment needing to be serviced over the life of the IDIQ.
INSTRUCTIONS
Interested parties shall submit a response to this sources sought showing the following:
1. Interest
a. Interested parties shall submit a brief statement showing their interest in a potential future contract of a similar nature and scope.
2. Capability
a.Interested parties shall submit a relevant capability statement or narrative showingthey have capabilities to perform a contract of this scope
b.Interested parties shall submit documentation confirming 8(a) Program status
3.Past Performance
a.Interested parties shall submit 2-3 examples of past performance. These pastperformance examples shall be of a similar size, scope, and complexity.Experience in other State, Local, or Federal government buildings is preferred.Interested parties may send a general company capability statement with pastperformance examples to satisfy this requirement.
4.Questions and Feedback
a.Interested parties may submit questions regarding the requirement and/or industryfeedback on the contents of the draft PWS
