Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. REQUEST FOR SERVICE Contractor is responsible for the pickup and delivery of products once a call or online request is received and as directed by the NDOT. Contractor is responsible for coordinating the pickup and delivery efforts of each shipment. Contractor shall make every effort to deliver products in a reasonable time frame. 2. ON-LINE ORDER SYSTEM Contractor shall provide the following on-line ordering support: a. On-line ordering with the following capabilities: 1) Web based log-in site. 2) Multiple log-in and password capabilities enabling multiple NDOT personnel access to the system. 3) Orders should be generated by providing origin and destination zip codes, weights, class, piece count and/or pallet count. 4) Ability to generate contracted pricing for delivery of FAK. 5) Order details should display all pertinent information, including, but not limited to: i. Origin/destination; ii. Customer information; iii. Item Count; iv. Height; v. Weight; vi. Width; vii. Class rate; viii. Gross charge; ix. Discount/Contract Pricing; x. Fuel surcharge; and xi. Total charges.
