AOCP is seeking a qualified vendor who will act as the Data Engineering and Integration Consultant, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying the underlying data architecture, integration framework, and security infrastructure necessary to support enterprise-grade reporting through Microsoft Power BI. This business analytics tool provides interactive visualizations and business intelligence capabilities. This initiative aims to enhance the accessibility and usability of data from Nebraska courts’ case management systems: JUSTICE (Judicial User System To Increase Court Efficiency), SCCALES (Supreme Court and Court of Appeals Legal Entry System) (hereinafter for the purposes of this RFP jointly referred to as “JUSTICE”) and NPACS (Nebraska Probation Application for Community Safety) the Probation case management system. The project will focus on improving timely access to actionable data related to firearms, protection orders, and indicators of weapon presence in the home.
