Specifications include, but are not limited to: CAMP HANSCOM – 2022: Furnish bus transportation to and from various Community Centers to Hanscom Park and back to Community Centers. Will need two (2) buses per day.; Additionally, we will need two (2) buses one time a week for a round trip from Hanscom to another park and back to Hanscom within the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Total of four (4) days.; Buses sufficient to handle 65 passengers shall be available to provide transportation for the registered participants. Buses are schedule by the contractor for multiple pick-ups at participating parks. Some buses may have 2 to 3 pick-up and drop off sites while other buses may only have one (1) pick-up and drop off site. Exact schedule of activities will be available in April. Furnished buses shall comply with all City, County, State and Federal School Bus Regulations. ; HUMMEL PARK DAY CAMP - 2022: Furnish bus transportation to and from various Community Centers and City locations and Hummel Day Camp for your grades 1-7. Approximately five (5) buses per day.; Buses sufficient to handle 65 passengers shall be available to provide transportation for the registered campers (max. 240 per week). Buses are scheduled by the contractor for multiple pick-ups at Community Centers, per tentative attached schedule. Furnished buses shall comply with all City, County, State and Federal School Bus Regulations. An emergency number where a supervisory employee of the contractor can be reached prior to or after regularly scheduled business hours must be provided prior to the start of camp
