Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Brine Production Unit shall be capable of producing a minimum of 3,000 gallons per hour at a brine concentration of at least 23% (salt concentration by weight in water). B. System shall be designed and constructed to be easily filled with rock salt with standard 2 cubic yard and 3 cubic yard loader buckets, requiring no additional augers or conveyors. C. System shall be designed and constructed to be easily cleaned of all debris in the salt hopper with a standard eight (8) foot wide two (2) or three (3) cubic yard loader bucket and for easy clean out of the silt and other fines. 1. The system shall have a self-contained hydraulic control system that will rotate the system’s pivoting trash screen and lower brine holding tank down, allowing all debris in the salt hopper to flow into a positioned loader bucket. 2. The system shall be able to pin up or remove the trash screen to be able to wash out silt and other fines using a water spray hose.
