Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project involves furnishing and installing outdoor classroom improvements and related work at Belle Ryan Elementary School. The full scope of the Project and the work to be performed by Contractor is set forth in the Plans and Specifications prepared by Vireo, which are a part of the Contract Documents, and available separately for inspection. The Contract Specifications in Section 3.0 to 3.4 supplement the Project Plans and Specifications prepared by Vireo. In general, all materials and equipment to be furnished must be of good quality, new and unused, and shall be constructed and installed as required in the Plans and Specifications and of the types of equipment and materials as specified. Materials of equal or better quality by another manufacturer may be acceptable but only if submitted as a permitted alternate and approved by the District. The work to be performed by Contractor shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to provide a completed project as outlined in the Contract Documents. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to protect existing construction. In addition, daily removal of debris and repair of any damage due to work under this Contract is considered within the scope of work and is the responsibility of the Contractor
