DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The Contractor shall provide all equipment and materials, and perform all labor required to repair/rebuild Simplex 4100ES FACP at B491 using all existing functional devices and maintain network communication capability between B491 and B492 for fire pump activation.
SITE VISIT
The site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, 16 December 2025 at 1:00 PM CST. The meeting point will be at the Offutt Visitor Center. Please complete and submit the attached Pass Request by 12 December 10:00 AM CST to acquire access to the site.
