Specifications include, but are not limited to: FUEL TANKS AND ESTIMATED USAGE 10.1. The Owners have two (2) fuel tanks at the StarTran lot that shall be used. 10.1.1. Two (2) -15,000 gallon below ground tanks; 10.1.1.1. Diesel Fuel (tanks are manifolded together). 10.1.2. One (1) – 5,000 gallon above ground tank; and 10.1.2.1. Diesel Fuel. 10.2. Estimated usage for fuel per year is as follows: 10.2.1. Red Dye Diesel Fuel – (#1) – 18,000 gallons. This is amount of #1 fuel that will be mixed with #2 to make a 70/30 winter blend. 10.2.2. Red Dye Diesel Fuel - #2 (ASTM-D6751) – 128,000 gallons. This is the total amount of #2 fuel that will be used for the complete year. 10.3. The Owner currently orders full tanker loads of fuel which varies from 8,000-8,500 gallons for the two (2) 15,000-gallon tanks and 4,000-gallon loads for the 5,000 gallon tanks. 10.4. The 5,000-gallon tank above ground tanks listed as 10.1.2 and 10.1.3 shall require a pump to fill this tank.
