Specifications include, but are not limited to: A qualified vendor to provide liquid chlorine for the City of Lincoln LTU-Water System at the Ashland Treatment facility, hereinafter referred to as City/Owner. 4.1. Liquid chlorine material must meet or exceed ANSI/AWWA B301-04 Standard or the most current ANSI/AWWA Standard for Liquid Chlorine. 4.2. Liquid chlorine shall be ANSI/NSF 60 approved for addition to potable water. 4.3. Liquid chlorine shall be certified as suitable for contact with or treatment of drinking water by an accredited certification organization in accordance with ANSI/NSF Standard 60, Drinking Water Treatment Chemicals-Health Effects. 4.3.1. A copy of this certification is required to be included in the bid.
