Specifications include, but are not limited to: Submersible pressure transmitter calibrated span of 0-30 psi with cable length of 100 feet.Transmitters will output a linear, 4-20 ma DC current, proportional to a calibrated span of 0-30 psi.The input shall be 8 to 38Vdc.Transmitters will be constructed with a cable length of 100 feet vented polycable with pigtails.Transmitters will be of a probe style construction for use of a, submerged potable water, level measuringapplication.Transmittersshallbeofa“2wire”design,andshallrelyuponexternalDClooppower.Transmitter shall contain the sensing element and other components necessary to output a 4-20 ma signalproportional to the specified calibrated span of 0-30 psi.The pressure transmitting probe will have a cable that is used for electrical termination and shall contain amaintenance free vent filter and tube protection. Cable shall be suitable for standard process instrumentationwiring termination practices.The body of the transmitter shall be constructed of stainless steel.The pressure port cavity should be protected with a 7/8-14 male PVC nose cap or a stainless-steel screen, toprotect the pressure sensing element from foreign objects.The probe and the cable assembly must provide a waterproof seal protecting the probes internal components.The probe shall include internal EMI/RFI filtering and provide industry standard lighting protection. Static accuracyshall be +/- 0.5% or better.
