Specifications include, but are not limited to: Annual Subscription for Count Collection and Presentation System; 1.1.1 Vendor shall install hardware to interface with LTU Traffic Engineering Cabinets. 1.1.2 Vendor shall install client software on LTU Traffic Engineering system data system. 1.2. Vendor must be an Iteris Authorized Dealers Only. 1.3. Bidder shall submit bid documents and all supporting material via e-bid. 1.4.
