Specifications include, but are not limited to: Aging Partners VA Hospital Renovations. Remove all work associated with the installation of the movable partition wall in Building 45, between Classroom 105 and Classroom 106. This shall eliminate the partition, tracks, and wing walls along the north wall of these rooms. In Building 45, eliminate the new windows and associated structural framing shown along the south wall of Classrooms 106, 105 (4 windows) and the north wall of Dining 121 (4 windows). This deduct will also include elimination of the roller shades specified to be installed in these windows. Eliminate all work associated with the concrete patio to the east of Building 45. This shall include the elimination of the concrete patio, foundations, fencing, two doors leading to the patio, and all associated grading. The proposed windows shown along the east wall of Building 45 shall remain. Eliminate all work associated with the new fireplace in Building 45, at Lounge 102. This shall include eliminating the fireplace, the surrounding wall framing and stone work, cast stone hearth, wood display shelves and electrical for the fireplace. The existing column now within the fireplace design shall be clad in 5/8” drywall, vinyl base, and painted.
