Refer to Manufacturer’s drawings for configuration. Walk-In panels shall be erected by Manufacturer’s factory-authorized personnel only. Fabrication shall meet NSF 7 specifications and US Energy Independence & Security Act of 2007, including but not limited to the following: ▪ Automatic door closers. ▪ Spring hinged strip door on all exterior doors, Clear Vu CC1 swing door, two panels: SS-3678. ▪ Panels shall be foamed-in-place R-134a polyurethane. ▪ Wall, ceiling and door insulation of all coolers must be at least R-25. ▪ Wall, ceiling and door insulation of all freezers must be at least R-32. ▪ All evaporator fan motors of under 1 HP and less than 460 volts must use electronically commutated motors or 3-phase motors. ▪ All condenser fan motors of under 1 HP must use electronically commutated motors, permanent split capacitor-type motors or 3-phase motors. ▪ All lighting shall be LED vapor-tight fixtures with automatic lighting controls.
