Specifications include, but are not limited to: In general, the improvements on which bids are requested will consist of the installation of approximately 415 linear feet of 8-inch Type PSM PVC sanitary sewer pipe by method of trench construction and the installation of 4 (four) 4’-0” diameter sanitary sewer manholes with an average depth of 10 feet; 2 (two) large tree removals (12-inch diameter and greater); the removal of approximately 111.8 square yards of concrete pavement that ranges in depth form 4-inch to 8-inches; installation of 86.5 square yards of 7-inch concrete pavement with integral curb, 11.3 square yards of 6-inch concrete driveway pavement, 14.0 square yards of 4-inch concrete sidewalk, and other incidentals as indicated in the Contract Documents.
