Body, Cab and Fenders color will be selected from Manufacturer’s standard colors (NOTE: See attached paint color charts). All paint will be base coat/clear coat acrylic, activator-hardened acrylic or polyurethane type.; 2. Section modules rated at a minimum of 3.3 with a 36,000 PSI yield strength steel or Equivalent as recommended by the Manufacturer.; 3. Manufacturer’s standard front and rear fenders with Manufacturer’s front bumper and step-type rear bumper.; 4. Largest gallon fuel tank available from factory. Please specify fuel tank gallons bid in the “NOTES/COMMENTS” section below.; 5. Power Outlet; ENGINE AND DRIVE TRAIN: 1. The Minimum Engine size 2.0L.; 2. Transmission: a. Manufacturer’s minimum Six (6) speed automatic transmission or CVT.; b. Auxiliary or Heavy-Duty oil cooler required for the automatic transmission.; 3. Air Cleaner.; 4. Oil Filter.; 5. A thermostat shall be factory installed for permanent antifreeze and be equipped with a coolant recovery system.; SUSPENSION AND RUNNING GEAR: 1. The Wheelbase should be a Minimum of 120.; 2. Power steering.; 3. Manufacturer’s Tilt steering Wheel/Column.; 4. Heavy duty double action Front and Rear Shock Absorbers.; 5. Axle and Springs: a. Manufacturer’s independent front suspension and single speed hypoid rear axle, both with spring sizes and axle sizes recommended by the Manufacturer to meet a minimum of 5,000 lbs. GVWR: b. The axle gear ratios shall be the same in the front and rear axles.; c. Front stabilizer bar shall be installed.
