INFORMATION: This Sources Sought Notice is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential small business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. The information provided in response to this notice will assist the Government in determining the extent of the small business and socio-economic market. The primary type of work will include direct mail marketing as oulined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Any resulting solicitation will be issued under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541860.
Background:
The intent of the Governor’s High School Letter Mailing is to increase brand awareness, make direct contact with Nebraska junior and senior high school students, to provide information on the Nebraska Army National Guard and provide actionable identifiers on how to receive more information on the NEARNG and how to make contact with a NEARNG Recruiter. The NEARNG’s desire is to capitalize on direct contact with high school students in our recruiting areas and provide information about the Nebraska Army National Guard from the lists supplied by Nebraska High Schools.
