Phase 1: This work shall generally consist of the reconstruc on of 13th Street Parking tray and alley return. The alley shall be phased to minimize disrup on to the adjacent businesses and businesses shall be no fied a minimum of 5 days in advance of this work. Phase 2: This work shall generally consist of the reconstruc on of 13th Street between O Street and the alley to the north. Alley access shall be maintained to adjacent businesses during this phase. The Contractor shall coordinate with FES for access restric on to the west entrance during this phase while sidewalk is under construc on. Once an accessible path out of the building is complete from the west entrance to the north or a temporary accessible path to the south, access shall be restored. No work in the vicinity of the south entrance that would inhibit access shall take place un l access from the west door can be achieved. Coordina on with LES will be required during this phase for protec on and security of equipment within underground vaults/Areaways. LES may coordinate replacement of a transformer to occur concurrently with vault work at this loca on subject to ming of equipment availability. Phase 3: This work shall generally consist of the reconstruc on of the sidewalk south of the west FES entrance off 13th Street. This work shall not commence un l pedestrian access has been restored from the north to the west FES entrance. If LES transformer replacement does not occur concurrently with Phase 2, the transformer replacement will have to wait un l the access to the south FES entrance is restored following sidewalk reconstruc on.
