Workstation System Requirements • Provide a total of ten (10) modular office cubicle workstations configured by Metro’s floor plan and installation layout. • Include a modular wall system that defines and separates individual workspaces, allowing both privacy and visual continuity. • All workstation components must be interchangeable and compatible with future modifications, expansions, or reconfigurations without requiring major reconstruction. • All systems and materials must comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including ADA accessibility standards, OSHA requirements, and fire and electrical safety codes. • Each workstation shall incorporate integrated electrical and data routing through internal wall cavities, raceways, or base channels to provide safe, concealed connectivity. • Electrical and data provisions must allow for future technology upgrades and support current Metro IT standards for network integration. • Visible surfaces of walls and worksurfaces should be neutral grey, blue grey, or grey stone coloring. Installation Requirements • Install six (6) cubicles on the main floor and four (4) cubicles on the lower level. • Provide all labor, materials, mounting hardware, fasteners, and structural supports necessary for a complete and stable installation. • Ensure that all electrical and data systems are fully connected, tested, and verified operational before the project closes out. • Always maintain a clean and safe work environment, with minimal disruption to Metro operations during installation activities. • Coordinate with Metro’s facility management staff for site access, scheduling, and staging to avoid interference with normal business operations • Minimize disruption to Metro operations during installation. • Perform a final walk-through with Metro representatives to verify compliance, functionality, and workmanship before acceptance.
