Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Project Management (required): Includes attendance at any necessary meetings, including a kick-off meeting to outline and finalize the scope, process, expectations, existing data and resources review. 2. Pavement inspection and assessment (required): All publicly owned or maintained streets within the Urbanized Area will be inspected in sections, such as block-by-block where applicable. Information obtained through the inspection for each section shall include, but not limited to, roughness, rutting, cracking, and other distresses. The pavement condition survey will be used to develop an Overall Performance Index consistent with the Montana Department of Transportation’s pavement condition survey program and utilizing ASTM D6433 protocols. a. Optional: Please provide a proposal for a pavement condition survey of all County-maintained streets outside of the Urbanized Area as an optional work element. The survey should include the same detail, analysis, and standards as the required pavement inspection and assessment.
