Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) The Sourdough Water Treatment Facility Plan focused on the City’s Sourdough Water Treatment Plant (WTP) as well as raw and treated water transmission and storage facilities delivering the City’s Sourdough and Hyalite water supply. The facility plan will identify hydraulic capital improvements, process optimization strategies, and long-range approaches to ensure compliance with the State of Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) while maintaining the award-winning potable water the Community of Bozeman expects as the City continues to grow over the next 20 years. 2) The South Pressure Zone Study will evaluate a pressure zone that must be established to serve future developments to the south of the existing southern extents of the City’s potable distribution system. The purpose of the study project is to evaluate pressure zone alternatives and select a preferred alternative for detailed design and eventual construction.
