Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this reclamation project is to limit human and livestock exposure to the physical hazards that exist at the site. Head cutting from the culvert at the west side of the road prism has encircled the culvert exposing approximately 8 feet of the outflow end. These changes in site conditions have resulted in physical hazards for people and livestock in the area. This reclamation project includes clearing and grubbing of the previously graded area, topsoil stripping and stockpiling, exposure and stabilization of subsidence features, regrading of previously graded area, placement of conserved topsoil, revegetation of disturbed areas, and installation of slope stabilization adjacent to the culvert outflow. The subsidence features at the Bruegger Mine will be over excavated and backfilled with imported fill.
