Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Develop media marketing plan in collaboration with the Department, to include standard communications, emergent news and special projects; B. Ability to produce content and media for plan such as video, audio, text, graphics and creative materials; C. Access to outlets for media campaigns, such as television, radio, web-based and print for content distribution; D. Possess established media market presence in area of interest to the Department; E. Conduct ongoing meetings with Department personnel as deemed necessary to meet changing communication needs; F. Reporting of content/ media delivery impact, monthly or by project as determined by the Department; G. Make recommendations to the Department based on intelligent data and feedback regarding communication needs and trends to enhance public engagement; H. Coordinate with outlet partners if source type not directly available to consultant, to include all outlet types such as television, radio, web-based and print; I. City will own the rights to all content and materials created, produced and/ or developed on their behalf and will have access to all files and materials to distribute as determined by the Department.
