Specifications include, but are not limited to: Swiffer sweep and damp mop bathroom floors including behind stools and under sinks. Floors must not have water marks, dust streaks, dirt in corners, or behind doors. Clean and sanitize restrooms- this is to include but is not limited to-wiping down the dividers, cleaning the inside, outside, and base of each toilet, urinals, mirrors, sinks, counters and walls. Fill hand soap, paper towel and toilet paper dispensers. Place extra toilet paper in the stalls. Empty and reline all office, lobby areas, utility and copy areas trash cans. Secure trash with bag ties, remove all trash from the building and dispose of all trash properly. Vacuum all carpeted areas, including corridors and entrances. Sweep all other floors, including stair and entry ways. Floors must not have dust streaks, marks, dirt in corners, behind doors or under furniture. Furniture or other equipment moved during floor cleaning shall be replaced. Wall bases, equipment doors or furniture will not be disfigured during floor cleaning. Sweep and damp mop all non-carpeted floors. Floors must present a clean appearance and be free from streaks, smears, and solution residue. Standing free water on the floor or seeping into floor joints is not acceptable. Remove dirt and dust deposits under entrance mats. Dust all exposed surfaces until free of dust, streaks, lint, cobwebs, dirt and stains. Dust must be completely removed, not scattered around. Dust all surfaces of file cabinets, equipment, book cases, counters, window ledges, door frames, baseboards, fixtures, pictures, ceilings, light fixtures, and walls. Spot clean as needed. Clean all entry door handles and handrails with anti-bacterial cleaner. Sweep and damp mop the first and second floor landings and stairs to the second floor.
